8.0Paula made our stay unforgettable! Her warm smile, friendly personality, thoughtful, recommendations, and exceptional hospitality made every breakfast enjoyable. She is the reason we’ll remember this hotel so fondly, and we hope to see her again on future visits. Employees like Paula are a true asset to the hotel and she deserves to be recognized for the outstanding experience she provides to guest. The only downside was the parking situation. Navigating to the parking garage was a bit inconvenient and frustrating.

10.0We have stayed at the Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree numerous times. Jaylen at the front desk is extremely helpful, polite, and very welcoming! He always makes sure check in is easy and our room accommodations are satisfactory. We enjoy the hotel and love the convenience of being close to the mall and to our family in the neighborhood.

Business Trip July 2026
10.0I returned to this hotel for a business trip. After several months, the Digital Key still isn’t working so I had to stand in line at the front desk and wait to check in. A young man named Jaylen helped me. He made eye contact, greeted me with a smile, and recognized me as a Diamond member. He was very pleasant and he checked me in quickly. The room was clean, outlets worked and were not slack, and there were sufficient towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Breakfast and the evening receptions were excellent.
Perfect place for Family Reunion
10.0This was my third time staying at Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree, but my first time hosting a family reunion there. The experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the outstanding support and accommodations provided by Louise and Francisco throughout the entire process. From the early planning stages to the successful execution of our reunion, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our event a success. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made all the difference, and my family had a wonderful time. I would absolutely choose Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree to host another family gathering and highly recommend it to anyone planning a special event or group stay. I also shout out Kevin, Malissa, Dindi & Sammy.
