Great place, great staff. Would stay again if in the area.
9.0Rooms were comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast very good.
− Elevator was broken (however staff notified us the day before which was very nice). Too few outlets/charging stations in room.
This was a decent experience but I would not stay here again.

− It’s old, shower was rusted. Dust in corners and found a bug in the bed last day we stayed
The room was nasty dusty food behind the TV and roaches
3.0Both room were not clean . Also there were a roach in the room and I have pictures to provide our stay.
− Cleanliness
Overall my stay was good. The employees were accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again.
9.0The location was great for me. It was central to the places I had to go while in the Hampton Roads area. It was nice to have breakfast as an offering included in the stay.
− Having to pay for parking in an uncovered, non-valet lot was unexpected. While the cost was not excessive, it felt like an additional fee being passed on to guests, especially given the already high room rate.
