− No lift being a heritage building having a top floor room gives you a workout I suppose

Lack of customer service and satisfaction
8.0− I booked a luxury room in the main building, but since there was no elevator and I couldn't manage the stairs (which were numerous), I requested a different category room, which they offered me in the annex. When it came time to pay, I had to pay for the luxury room I didn't use, which I found very unacceptable from such a prestigious hotel.
