Don’t bother with this place!
2.0If you are looking for a resort, this is not one. If you are looking for a motel to spend the night at, this is it. The renovated rooms are nice, but it’s truly like putting lipstick on a pig. The entire place is under renovation (i.e. the premium view is that of porta potties) but that doesn’t forgive the fact that the rest of this place is tired, rundown, dumpy and nothing like the photos it advertises. The “water park” (if we can be generous enough to call it that) does not match the online photos at all. In fact, the pools felt like the standards of a foreign country and had a sewage stench. Their other pools have been filled and covered with grass, so don’t rely on the aerial google map photo. I’m not even sure why they took a deposit because I’m not sure what I would be spending money on here. I read many reviews and I was hopeful with their refurbishment. But once the spa and restaurants are complete, it’s still a dump. And the front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant, but I suppose dealing with constant complaints may be wearing them down. And our friends were guaranteed an ADA room, but received a partially accessible room. If you are looking for a family fun vacation, I repeat, this is not it. If you are looking for a motel to sleep in, these renovated rooms are nice. We cut our three night vacation short, hightailed it to Grand Hyatt and had a beautiful time. Wish we didn’t even bother with this place!
Had a great time.
10.0Room & pools. Breakfast was great. Good Bloody Marys.
− Staff was not very friendly except lady in black uniform serving breakfast. Also bell man helping with luggage. Didn’t catch either persons name. The outside bar closed early. Water slide closed early. Could have been because storm was coming, but they could have said so.

8.0Clean
− Limited amount of pools, prices way too high for food options. Nothing to do with kids on site after main pool closes

8.0The accomodations were pleasant.
− There was a smell throughout the property of bad drainage or sewer.
Nice stay.
7.0Loved the pool, waterslide and lazy river. Room was nice but a little older.
− There was construction/renovations going on around the hotel so it was a little chaotic on the grounds.
Must Stay
10.0We had a fantastic stay at Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak! The resort was beautiful, clean, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The pools and water park were the highlight of our trip. There was something for everyone, and we spent hours enjoying the lazy river, water slides, and pool areas. It was the perfect place to unwind and have fun together. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The resort's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore Phoenix while still feeling like we were on a true vacation. We appreciated the variety of dining options and the beautiful resort grounds. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly resort with great amenities and outstanding service.
