5.0De ruimte van het appartement was goed. Locatie goed. Parkeergarage onder hotel. Ontbijt goed.
− Personeel was slecht en ongemanierd. Wij kwamen om 13:30 uur aan en er werd gezegd dat de kamer om 15 uur gereed zou zijn. Om 15 uur bleek de kamer nog niet gereed en werd er gezegd dat de kamer vanaf 15 uur gereed zou zijn. Uiteindelijk was de kamer pas om 16:45 gereed. In de tussentijd werd ons niks aangeboden en werd er niks gezegd. Ook kregen we geen informatie over ontbijttijden en over schoonmaak. Na 1 nacht kwamen we erachter dat er niet elke dag schoon gemaakt wordt en geen handdoeken gewisseld. We konden zelf schone handdoeken halen op de 5e verdieping. Ik heb vaak ik Parijs overnacht maar zo’n slechte service nooit ervaren. Voor ruim €1000 voor 2 nachten verwacht ik meer.

− la habitacion no estaba lista a las hs del ckeck in. igual tiene un lugar para dejar la valija.
