5.0− La primera noche nos colocaron en habitación de fumadores y olía muy mal , al otro día nos cambiarin ,pero el estado de las toallas todo los días estaba HORRIBLE, no nos arreglaron la habitación dos de los 4 días que estuvimos solo subían las cobijas y ya

1.0Location of the hotel was close to our event venue
− Room was smelly and in bad condition like they were remodeling it our room was patch on several parts of the walls and not painted /cover.the sink was dirty the tub didn’t drain the water called front desk about it the guy told us the maintenance guy was not in yet and he couldn’t leave the front desk !!! Bed bugs also 🥲
