− Left at 4am and there were a bunch of people partying by the front door of hotel on the street

Iconic place right in the centre of south beach Fantastic room, great shower and massive bed Very quiet

− Only issue was condensation from the air conditioning on the floor

Wow, did this hotel go downhill since last year's stay since it's under new management!

We liked the location and most everything about our room itself.

− The staff was very rude and dismissive and also did not know how to do their tasks. The check-in process was a nightmare (took over an hour, staff did not know how to program keys and kept having me go up and down the elevator helping them try them out, did not know computer system, etc...) There was a huge lacck of amenities that had been promised (coffee in room, towels, soaps, extra toilet paper, etc...) and when we would ask for things, we were treated as if we were a burden. This hotel felt very overpriced for what we got this year compared to last year, Super leaky ceilings upon entering the restaurant/lobby area accompanied by no acknowledgement or apologies. My husband and I had stayed here last year and suggested/invited the rest of our family to stay with us this year at this hotel before our cruise. We were so embarrassed and felt so bad that our experience was so terrible. The front desk had no idea what they were doing the whole time. We kept being told they couldn't help it because there is new management and people are all new. Some of our friends were assigned to a room that had no bathroom door. There was no coffee provided in our rooms and we were told "I'm sure you can enjoy your vacation if you don't have coffee" upon asking for it. We were then told we would be compensated or given vouchers for coffee somewhere else each day and this never happened. The penthouse had towels and robes last year for the pool. This year, none are provided. I have tried to speak to management several times and never get any response. Do not stay here!

A great, budget-friendly stay in an amazing South Beach location with some nice free perks, despite a underwhelming pool

The location was perfect, right in the heart of South Beach, and it was the cheapest option I could find during the World Cup. The service was pretty good, and the free towels, bike, and chair at the front desk were a fantastic added benefit.

− The pool was quite lackluster and didn't really meet expectations. I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have a washer and dryer on site. Also the $300 deposit was dramatic and the add fee for hotel stay.
