10.0Michael from NJ did a phenomenal job of helping us leave with a taxi while simultaneously dealing with a separate group of a hundred with two big buses and luggage. I truly don’t know how he had such a calm and helpful demeanor in that chaos. The hotel was well run and the restaurant was very very good with an amazing view of the Parthenon. Also the bell boy from Crete was exceptional and very helpful when we checked in. Thank you
