8.0Very clean and comfortable rooms with working showers. Great view over the surrounding valley and nature around the property including some friendly cats.
− No air conditioning but it was cool in the night so that was okay for our stay. We were only there for one night and the owner was busy so we didn’t get to try dinner or breakfast unfortunately but maybe next time.

9.0Great place on the hilltop overlooking green mountains. Very cosy place with highest quality restaurant! Good base to explore Subiaco and monastery of St.Benedictis. Exceptional sunsets every evening are included:) Rooms are absolutely clean and lovely furnished. Everything is so authentic and well renovated at the same time. We asked for a fridge to keep our cheeses from Abruzzo in cold and host brought it for us!
