it is alright.. couldn’t cancel the reservation so we stayed. next time we will stay somewhere else.
6.0The townhouse concept and location are great, and the complimentary 24/7 snacks, drinks, and wine are a lovely touch. However, the rooms are extremely small for two people, with barely enough space for luggage. The hotel needs updating: the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation are poor, the shower curtain smelled musty and allowed water to splash everywhere, and the curtains felt old and dusty. There is also no doorman, so guests must carry their luggage up the stairs. For almost £800 for three nights, I expected more comfort and space. It may be suitable for one person, but two guests should book the largest room available or it will feel like a box.
