6.0Clean and conveniently located if you want to stay in or near Livingston. However, the staff is mostly indifferent. The weekend was very busy with a wedding party, hence there was a lot of noise late into the night and shortage of parking. Mostly just ok overall.

4.0This place needs a lot of updates. The rooms smelled. The fridges were unkept. The calcium build up on the showers and water stains on the walls. The beds didn’t have bed covers on them so you can see all the stains of the bed when the sheets slid off. The sprinklers fell off in front of the door. Not everyone was friendly. There is no microwave in the room but only on the first floor. Anyone could come onto the property and some used the side doors that were left open. It’s really not what I expected.
