8.0Clean rooms and accessibility to almost everything.
− We were not informed the pool was closed. If I had known as it was really hot and we were hoping to enjoy some pool time knowing it was closed i would of booked somewhere else. Air conditioning was horrible not working right so it was a hot 2 nights. Beds were comfy though.

6.0First of all went thru hotels.com and it was called the inn on the parkway…so had a time finding it, never mentioned it was under renovation.. we stayed on the bottom floor.. constant humm in the bathroom.. not water pressure and no hot water.. not a pleasant shower.. breakfast was sliced maple sausage.. toast, bagels.. waffles that only 1 side of machine worked and very very slow.. gave up.. oh cereal and yogurt.. very disappointing.. room was clean sort of.. baseboards needed cleaned, furniture needed cleaned replaced, beds were comfy.. would i stay again? No first hampton inn i was disappointed inn
