− Bathroom ceiling looks like it has mold on it. The let out couch had blood as well as a hospital band on it w no sheets. Lights in kitchen amd bedroom dont work. The balcony chair are old and ripped up. I would like my money back. The key lock is missing and I didn't sleep due to me thinking someone would break in . Also the pool was not available for usage and we was not told online but when we got here. Electrical wires are out with a child in the room

− I did not like the room it was nasty and had bedbugs I will never stay here again the carpets in hallway was nasty im not sure why it's open..
It wasn’t a bad day. It was all right.

− What I didn’t like was when I booked my room and arriving to the facility there was no pool and it was hot every day that I was there staying that was a bummer. It was very disappointing because my TV didn’t really work overall it was OK. Been worse.
The worst and disappointing
2.0Nothing, this property is the worst experience!
− First off the pictures in the web site is nothing to when u get there. The pool was not working and that is one of the reason for me booking at that location. When I got there it was in the hood. Roaches in the room. We had our stuff on the other bed. I had a suite on the first floor only having to have to change floors cause my patio door didn’t lock. When we got to the other room we find a moving roach on one of the beds and then there was in the bathroom. Believe me I tired to get my refund back but only giving me half and I would have to wait 7 days to get my money back. Seeing the roaches and the fact they did not clean the balcony out there was old dirty towels out there. I never got to eat the breakfast after seeing how my room was and the hotel itself. I will never stay at a Baymont hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
