9.0Food was excellent in all restaurants and fairly priced. Kids enjoyed the activities offered. Stayed on the top floor and loved the vaulted ceilings.

− There is never enough appointments for the spa, specifically massages.

5.0Pool was clean...pool staff was very nice
− I had a reservation for 3 rooms went to front desk to ask about room @445p.m man I asked about the room was very rude...contacted the resort through chat and room was finally ready @545p.m..also when changing in my restroom man housekeeper just entered our room without notice just closed door and left my daughter got scared

5.0The location is good the amount of pools are good
− We had to wait about 3 hours to get into our rooms when check in was at 4 pm we didn't get in until almost 7pm and still had to check out by 11am not even a sorry was said to us pools have very rough floors we got a lot of scratches from them even some bloody knees from just swimming and playing ball in the pool the rooms are not as big as it shows in the pictures staff was very rude attending in the food court outside by the pools area and still expected a tip after giving bad service

− No elevators, the restaurant in the main building was painfully slow. Didn't even get water for over 30 minutes. Food was like warm when we got it over an hour and 20 minutes. Not the best experience.

6.0This hotel provided passes for public beach which saves some money.
− Outdoor kids pool was dirty. The building seems old and poorly maintained. Breakfast buffet was not good. 50% of arcade machines were out of service. Public beach was not to close so we drove there and paid for parking lot. There is no microwave in the room.
