We had a blast running the 2 parks and the place was good. It’s not the RITZ…….but the beds were comfy and we slept grea

− Nothing really…. It’s just a budget place. Ya get what you pay for and that’s exactly what we wanted. A room close to the park(Knott’s Berry and the water park) and a place to crash for the night :)

− The facilities the parking lot the grounds the walkways the rooms were not very clean under the bed was very dirty on the beds we're not that comfortable

10.0I discovered when I got here it's across from a theme park that I had free access to via my six flag pass. Reasonably close to the beaches and major grocery stores.
− Nothing significant, given the exceptional value.
