The resort was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. They keep great care of the property, both inside and outside. The staff were all so accommodating, friendly and respectful. Although we tipped staff, they never made us feel pressured to tip. Upon arrival, we changed rooms to a king bed and they brought in two twin beds for our 11 and 9 yo, as suggested by the guy that checked us in. It worked out perfectly and there was plenty of room. Our room was cleaned daily and we were offered anything extra if needed. The food options are endless, was delicious and they put great care into the preparation and presentation of the cuisines. They had activities planned daily, at the pool and inside, day or night. It was a lot of fun! The main pool area was always a blast. I loved that they promote movement through the pool activities and exercise classes available. They have sand and water volleyball, sand soccer, fun pool games, friendly competitions, music and bands. There were some chill areas of the pool, but we enjoyed the main pool!

Вкусная еда у бассейнов, и в некоторых ресторанах. Разнообразие в еде. Большая территория и много развлечений. Неплохой ремонт в самих номерах.

− Это впринципе не новый отель, территория большая, и ходить нужно очень много. Развлечений действительно много,еда разнообразная. Но есть но! В первую очередь бассейны и лежаки всегда грязные, вода не прозрачная. Отдельный разговор - море - его просто нет, оно все в водорослях, при том стоит еще и очень сильный неприятный запах от них. Еда разнообразная, но на завтраках она не всегда приготовлена сегодня, зачастую вчерашняя, огромного разнообразия нет. Рестораны неплохие, особенно мясной, но там где подают морепродукты - часто все недоготовленное, полусырое. Что касается персонала - это большая компания, и ни один сотрудник не в состоянии принять самостоятельное решение. Вся политика отелей направлена на то, чтобы взять с вас как можно больше денег. Никакой клиентоориентированности нет. Доступы к тренажерному залу и аквапарку отсутствуют, хотя в описании заявлено что так как это одна сеть, то доступна всем гостям - это не так. В итоге отель претендует на 5 звезд, но по-факту очень сильно до них не дотягивает.

Disfrutamos bastante con la familia, existe un ambiente muy activo en las instalaciones del hotel a pesar de estar en temporada baja. Existio una preocupación especial y distinta, incluso en algunas oportunidades pasaron varias veces por la habitación para darnos toallas o refrescos. En el caso de los restaurant una gran variedad, destaco mucho al personal que nos atendía siempre atentos ante alguna necesidad que tuvieramos y preocupados permanentemente de la limpieza del recinto, se notó que existíe una cantidad suficiente de personas para realizar labores de mantención y atención de cliente, eso se agradece. Por lo demás indicar que recomiendo este hotel para viajar y relajarse con la familia. Nos gustó mucho por ejemplo que en los restaurant nos recomendaban algunos platos.

− No tengo ningún comentario negativo al respecto, dado que el hotel cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas, es tan grande el hotel que en un inicio nos costo adecuarnos, pero luego llamando por teléfono al lobby solucionaron rápidamente.
