5.0The night manager was extremely nice. Our air conditioning was not working. He came and checked it and moved us to another room at 9pm, gave us a partial refund and Bonvoy points. He did all he could.
− Beds were very hard. Terrible!
Stopped to sleep which did not happen much due to the loud AC, dog barking. Booking said breakfast was included in price
