− Unfortunately multiple mishaps with the elevator ruined multiple plans due to very long waits
Clean and wonderful restaurant choices.
8.0Restaurant choices and shuttle to airport.
− Checkin was not organized. Waited 45 minutes and then it took the person another ten minutes to do the Checkin. She had trouble making the keys and then when I got to my room on the 14 th floor they did not work and had to go back to get re keyed.
