9.0The resort was really nice we stayed one night due to our camping gear and tents and blankets getting soaked in a storm.. my family and I went swimming in the pool and got in the jacuzzi and there was even a sauna our room was upgraded with two beds and a pull out sofa bed and in a separate area was our very own hot tub jacuzzi.. very very nice we got up for free breakfast and went to the restaurant the young man there was very respectful when he waited on my husband children and my elderly father. Definitely will be going again. My children didn't want to leave.
− We only got one roll of toilet paper and there was 3 adults and 4 children staying in the room nothing too crazy at all my husband wasn't happy about it..

1.0− Attempted check-in at 4:30. Room not cleaned and ready. At 5:30 the room was still not cleaned. Inadequate cleaning staff for a large resort. Many disgruntled guests also waiting for a room. Poor management. Do not recommend!! Reservation canceled.

8.0Breakfast could have been better. The lady was quite grumpy looking then served us and seemed she doesn't feel appreciated. She was a wonderful lady blonde hair and glasses... she deserves a RAISE. She took great care of us
