Generally my stay was amazing
8.0Everything was fine except that room clean up was coming a bit late. Increasing the number of staff could probably solve this problem. Also, absence of lunch within the hotel was a bit disturbing. ordering brought some inconveniences.
− Room rate is too expensive
The little things mean a lot, great room but shine it up right.
7.0Great location, employees were very nice and very helpful, hot water came on right away
− Room was setup well but the carpet was not clean and drapes were dirty. The sham on the bed was dirty also.

On game days during baseball season congestion around Petco Park and the Gaslamp Quarter will be heavy. Please allow for extra time when arriving at the hotel as it is just steps away from the baseball park.
