6.0We stay in a lot of the Hilton brand hotels, and this one has to be at the bottom of the barrel. While the staff were amazing, the facility itself if just sub par. The first room we were out in smelled heavily of weed. Thankfully, the front desk staff were super apologetic and moved us immediately. The tv in our room was at least 15 years old and the bed was horrible. I will give them a point for having a really nice pool area and hot tub.

4.0Needs updating. Smelled moldy. Staff to busy to greet guest and directions to the room. At check out desk was making coffee and did not stop to check us out. Ended up being doubled charged when I was emailed my invoice receipt. Called and the desk said the charge was taken care of. A week later I had to call back to still get it corrected. Finally got the credit. They never recorded the stay to my Hilton points. Maybe a two is too generous a rating.
