10.0When I arrived for check-in the staff was very friendly. The desk person was on the phone with someone and one of the housekeepers spoke to me while I was waiting and answered a few questions. The desk person was very apologetic which was not necessary I understood. The Establishment was very clean. The breakfast was average about the same as most hotels. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

− I had a sign on do not disturb and yet someone went into my room and took money out of my suitcase.
