8.0Le petit déjeuner délicieux (entre 7h30 et …! 9h30) pas de grâce matinée…
− Ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine après le check out. À 9h30, après le petit déjeuner (excellent par ailleurs) on nous dit de ne pas traîner pour payer et libérer la chambre. On a presque l’impression qu’on nous fait un cadeau quand on nous dit qu’on peut profiter de la piscine …jusqu’à 11h. Pour rappel le check in n’est possible qu’à partir de 17h… ce qui au final ne laisse que peu de temps en fin de journée (après s être installé dans la chambre) ou alors tôt au matin entre 9h30 et 11h pour « profiter de la piscine ». La remarque faite, Oliver nous répond de façon assez « carrée » qu’il n’est pas autorisé à donner l’accès à la piscine après le check out pour une question d’assurance… Mwouais ???? Bref peu de place à la négociation… on ne discutera donc pas … mais la remarque qui fut de trop: « sinon vous pouvez réserver une seconde nuit ». On aura bien compris qu’il fallait qu’on parte rapidement pour laisser place … au séminaire qui suit … notre avis… au final: l’endroit est vraiment sympa, le cadre et le petit déjeuner top, la literie bonne, la chambre correcte (n’attendez pas la clim), la piscine propre et rafraîchissante…au matin et en soirée mais n’espérez pas trop vous relaxer… ici l’heure c’est l’heure et pour une grâce matinée, ou une grasse matinée ou un petit plouf à midi (chambre à 160 euros la nuit tout de même) il faudra repasser … une seconde nuit. Suggestion en toute humilité et sympathie pour Olivier: augmenter son staff permanent, retrouver le cœur de son métier (enthousiasme et acceuil) car il parait vraiment un peu désabusé et débordé et ça transpire tout au long du séjour. Dommage car sinon ça aurait été top. Au passage , merci à la demoiselle qui nous a accueilli et qui gardera, nous l’espérons, son enthousiasme et sa bonne humeur.
