− Hot water did not come on two of the four days I stayed there. The breakfast area was very crowded from 6:30 am until the end of breakfast hours on two of the days I stayed. So crowded it was difficult to get breakfast.

2.0Pictures were accurate. We were satisfied with the hotel upon arrival. Rooms were really nice and clean. Staff was great to deal with when we ask for refund although it took some time to get.
− Hotel smelled like smoke from the moment we arrived. There ended up being a hotel fire. Electrical fire in the kitchen from what we understand. We were displaced for hours. Scariest part was no fire alarm was in our room. Sound was very vague from the hallway. Had we been sleeping because this was 11 pm I don’t know we would have heard the alarm and that is so scary to me. I really hope they look into this and improve the safety
