5.0− Beim Einchecken wusste ich nicht, dass der Lift nur bis in die 2. Etage ging. Mein Zimmer war in der 3. Etage. Man hat mich nicht gefragt, ob ich Hilfe benötige. Ausserdem habe ich gesagt, dass ich 9 Stunden mit dem Auto unterwegs war. Ich bin kurz vor Küchenschliessung angekommen. Eine gut organisierte Rezeption hätte schnell in der Küche anrufen können, um zu fragen, ob ich noch etwas zu essen bekomme. Ich musste mich selbst drum kümmern. Ich bekam noch etwas zu essen. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war allerdings sehr missmutig darüber.
