− They do not list that they do not have an elevator my wife had knee surgery and could not climb the stairs and the only answer the person said should have requested 1st. Floor???? How could I have done that if I didn’t know they didn’t have a elevator I stay in hotels 3-4 times a week I have stayed in so worn hotels but this one takes the cake as the worst

− Experience was good overall. Being called " stupid" by the night clerk, because I couldnt get the room key to work, really angered me. He had a terrible attitude .
Average met my needs for a place to stay one night but wouldn't want an extended stay
5.0TV didn't work, staff did take care of it for me. Overall needs some updating. Not enough pillows for the bed.
