1.0The staff was very apologetic about the condition of the room.
− The Hotel was dirty right from the beginning. Trash can by entrance was overflowing and had trash stacked on top. It smelled old/moldy plus some weed smell by the elevator. Their were people hanging out in the parking lot eating chicken and drinking twisted tea. We entered our room and the toilet was dirty then checked the beds..... Sure enough hair in between the sheets. We were at a music festival so we didn't get in till midnight. We had to call around luckily found another room 30 minutes away. Not a pleasant experience. Cost me allot of money very disappointed!

8.0It was clean and quiet. Being next to the freeway, quiet was greatly appreciated.
− At breakfast was a mother on her phone texting, while her 5-6 kids were wild. Throwing food. Slamming the bathroom doors. Touching food on the bar and leaving it. Running around the dining area.

7.0The staff was super nice, the facilities and room were very clean.
− The t.v. was outdated. There wasn't an option to connect to Netflix or movie channels. The shower head was old and terrible.
