4.0The location was acceptable, but not "Chelsea." The Garment District is not Chelsea, as it is billed. As a Wyndham member, I am disappointed in what I thought was a reputation.
− The room was CRAMPED, barely acceptable. Photos were deceiving. There should absolutely be access to the bedside, including table and lamps for BOTH sides of the bed; no shelf in the bathroom, etc

Dream stay in New York in the best located hotel!
10.0Our room was super comfortable and the pillows and the bedding were amazing. The staff was always kind and available. We were also able to leave our suitcases at reception on our last day so that we could keep exploring the city. The best part was the location! I wasn’t expecting it to be in a such strategic position, right next to 5th avenue and the Empire State Building but yet in a quiet street. 10/10, would definitely recommend to everyone and would love to go back and maybe stay on a higher floor for a better view.

9.0Great location, empire state building view rooms worth it, If from the UK take your own tea bags with you to breakfast for a great cuppa. Overall for the size of the room and cost, its very wll priced. Breakfast is basic but hot and fresh.
− nothing really to complain about, yes breakfast could be better, but you would be paying more money for the room for this.
