Unique. Wonderful staff, wonderful location (easy Tube access and beside Museum of Natural History).
9.0The hotel has a unique decor that is just so much fun. We were very lucky to have a Penthouse Suite which had wonderful artwork not only on the walls but integrated into the furniture also. Staff were amazing, and breakfast was fabulous!
− As per the usual design flaws in almost every hotel I've been to through the years, there is no vanity station. I was stuck in a badly-lit corner trying to put on make-up, or had to take a tiny hand-held mirror and go outside to see. There was not a single plug socket near a mirror so drying hair was also impossible - had to take the small mirror and place it on the table, trailing the dryer wire across to the nearest socket so I could style my hair. Small things, but important as I was over for an event and needed to look my best.
