− The standard of cleanliness in my room wasn’t great. Lots of crumbs lying on the floor beneath the bed and long black hairs from a previous guest on the duvet. I thought the interior decor was generally tired.

The Coo's Guest House is a contactless establishment. Staff are not present on-site at all hours but are available during specific time slots and always on hand in case of urgent needs. Additionally, management can always be reached through the contact details provided on-site.
The Coo's also utilizes a self-check-in system by sending access codes for the property and the assigned room, typically the day before check-in. This system allows our guests to check in at any time after 3:30 PM, including during the night, offering greater flexibility and convenience.
On-site parking is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are kindly asked to park their vehicles properly within the designated spaces to avoid obstructing others from parking
