10.0We loved the Savoy in Moscow… felt like we were living a dream with music played in the breakfast restaurant. Staff were excellent. Close to Red Square… just a delightful walk.

One of the last options in Moscow
2.0there was a bad smell in the room and they couldn't resolve it. Breakfast was poor. Gym was so far away from the rooms and small. poor equipment location is very good employees were helpful nice view but could be one of my last options in Moscow
Very Bad Experience In Savoy Hotel
2.0The worst 5 stars hotel, First of all we received the room so late, there is no compensation. The AC doesn’t work. They changed the room and same situation. They gave us room in second floor which so noisy at night we couldn’t sleep. The electricity disconnect at night. We told them that we are celebrating our anniversary, to be honest this was the worst celebration. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn’t worth the value of money.
