9.0The staff was so accessible, welcoming, and helpful during my stay, providing clear instructions and suggestions for exploring the city. They were able to hold my luggage for me before check in/after check out, which I really appreciated. Key card access to the hotel was simple and worked well. My room was compact but perfect for just me, with a good sized bathroom. I loved that my window looked out onto the street and let in natural light! The location was unbeatable - very walkable, so close to the beach, and near all the best shopping and restaurants.
− There was no bathroom in the main lobby area, only in the rooms, so I was not able to use the bathroom before check in/after check out.
