1.0− Infested with insects. Damp smell so strong it burned my lungs. Dirty. Host & Stay could not offer us alternative accommodation so we left and had to pay for accommodation elsewhere. They refused to refund even though we send photos and videos of the insect infestation. booking.com were useless and now our bank are chasing up the refund for us.
Bijou accommodation in a good location, great for solo traveller or a couple. Clean and comfortable accommodation.

− The kitchen lacked a microwave and a washing machine. Both would be tremendously useful. Vertical ladder to access upstairs gallery for none but the brave !
Very unpleasant stay

− The cottage is far too small, with a tiny kitchen area, the oven door has to be approached from the side to open it. The bed is located down steep stairs and only has room for a 4 foot bed, which is not really adequate for 2 average size adults. The tiny shower room is right next door to the bedroom, the room is damp due to a poor ventilation system and smells damp constantly which pervades into the bedroom.
Excellent little cottage. Perfect for a short stay.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the country. Would definitely return to the area.
9.0The cottage is beautiful, well thought out, has all that you need as a couple. The quirky style is fun. Every little detail has been though of.
− The wi-fi wasn't fantastic and the lounge chairs weren't the most comfortable.
