6.0clean, comfy beds. Kinda run-down. Right downtown. (Not a great location.) No fridge or microwave. CHeap.

4.0No hot water in shower,safety bolt was broken,no wifi. Its known that its not a 5 star so I didn't expect that luxury but these amenities are basic to have.

2.0Property was grossly under maintained, surrounded by homeless and drug users. Carpet floors were sticky, bed did not have a mattress cover, only one light worked in the room, the curtains were literally falling apart, rickety wood stairs into room, room smelled fowl. Do not stay here.

6.0I had problems with my key card. Nobody at the front desk door locked call the phone no answer. However the two maintenance guys were always around and they let me in.
