10.0We spent an amazing time at the hotel. The room is very clean with a mind-blowing view of the bay. The team is very professional and welcoming. They took care of us and are always helpful.

8.0The large room size and massive bed were so welcome at the end of my Japan trip. I really appreciated the ample space for two cases. Slightly more out of the way, but within quick walking distance from 2 subway stations and fantastic views of the bay and rainbow bridge to be enjoyed alongside excellently efficient room service. I stayed here before flying home from Narita, the transfer in a taxi was so quick, which was an additional bonus for an early flight home.
− I’d stayed in Ginza at the beginning of my trip and had enjoyed feeling more in the middle of it all, the hotel is in a quieter area, so if that’s not your speed, then it’s something to be aware of.
