Awesome customer service in an impeccable stay, with great value
10.0We arrived even earlier than expected from an overnight flight - at 7:20 am! However, we were provided excellent information in advance how to get in, were warmly greeted, and generously offered a cappuccino, and then given an open room early. Giselle, and the other staff there, could not have been more accommodating. The room was impeccably clean and a great place for an overnight stay. We also loved Gelateria Giuffrè (really a cafe open all day) - just downstairs and next door - for a nice, light breakfast the next day.

10.0Ci siamo trovati molto bene, era tutto pulito, la stanza molto carina. La posizione è buona e vicina alla stazione di Roma Trastevere, un po’ lontana chiaramente dalle attrazioni più “turistiche di Roma, ma ben collegata da mezzi. Il personale super cordiale, gentile e simpatico. Abbiamo soggiornano una sola notte con il mio ragazzo, speriamo di ritornare presto!
− L’unica pecca è che nella nostra stanza il bidè era messo in una posizione difficile da usare e non c’era un terrazzino per fumare, dovevamo scendere per forza sotto fuori dal portone.
