Ottima posizione, buon prezzo e qualche miglioria da apportare
8.0Ottima posizione per visitare il centro, bello e signorile l' edificio e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Appartamento ampio, adatto per 4-5 persone. Anche il bagno è ampio, anche se cieco, ma dotato di un buon aspiratore
− Aria condizionata non efficace, nelle giornate calde avrebbe aiutato, ma proprio non raffresca, è più un ventilatore. Qualche scuro e finestra da sistemare. L'appartamento dà su via Adua, pur essendo una via interna abbastanza decentrata, la sera fino a tardi è percorsa da tante moto/scooter assordanti.
