− The floor of our room was dirty, our white socks turned grey and housekeeping only really changed towels, no other cleaning was provided.

− Reported a leak from the ceiling, nothing was done, toilet wouldnt flush unless you held it down for some time. Room was NEVER CLEANED, HAD TO TAKE MY DIRTY TOWELS TO LAUNDRY BEFORE I COULD RECEIVE NEW TOWLS. You had to have the air conditioner cranked to 68 degrees or you would slip and fall on the floor due to all the humidity in the room.

4.0− The doors didnt even need key cards you could push them open. Bathroom handle was basically a trap door it was set in there not screwed you could tell the bathtubs were painted and gross feeling. Pool was the size of a tic tac.

− The moisture and mold on the ceiling and soft spot in floor in bathroom room 213 to be exact. So yall know top go fix the issue and killing big ass water bugs.. smh was very upset. Might want to fix this issue now...
