10.0Thanks this amazing place and caring team for a lovely stay. Brand new, nicely designed rooms, breakfast (included) cooked specially for you. Ideal location - 5 min walk to the beach or to the downtown. Close to 101. Looking forward for next occasion to explore Santa Barbara from Headaway.

10.0William welcomed us warmly to this sweet property with a glass of local wine and fresh baked cookies. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The lobby is a great place to meet up with the other people in our party. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow!

4.0It was a decent place, but in a terrible location, and not worth $700+ a night. They basically took a beater property and covered it in a bunch of expensive looking stuff. You still get garbage towels and a dirty bathroom with very low water pressure. We had a wonderful view of the dilapidated homes in the very unsafe and gross neighborhood, and the peace and quiet that only comes with listening to all the cars race up and down the very busy street all night. They have no problem charging you $50 to bring a pet, but there is nowhere to walk them without leaving the property and going into the sketchy neighborhood. The breakfast was ok, but pretty basic and more common of a 2 star place. The pictures are doctored to show way more light than there is. Great marketing, but overall a ripoff. There's better places to stay in SB...
