10.0Great service, very clean, very attentive staff. Location was very convient. Room temperatura was confortable, and no issues with noise levels even on busy live entertainment. Hotel recomended a tour “operadores Zacatecas” and it was great!

9.0la ubicación es fabulosa, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Quedan cerca varios establecimientos y tiendas para comprar souvenirs. El desayuno fué muy rico, muy variado y espacios cómodos. El personal muy amable y siempre ayudaron a resolver
− La coladera de la regadera tenía un olor pésimo al igual que la del lavabo, pero se solucionó poniendo un plástico mientras no la usara.

− The staff was not friendly they did not give me information that I asked them the hotel is located in an excellent place but it was dirty it was not comfortable! 😪

8.0The location directly in the center, Check out fast , Big room Relativement confortable
− Bathroom the way the sink its outside the bathroom , the breakfast alot of food but you cant see if its breakfast or lunch. And if your wathing you weight forget about it. Checkin was long , alot of paper that other hotel doesnt have. No air conditioning, Should change the pellow.
