My stay at the hotel was satisfactory overall, particularly thanks to Sezar’s helpful assistance. The hotel offers good
7.0I liked the location and friendly staff mainly Sezar at the reception who was very professional, helpful and friendly.
− The hot water in the shower kept turning cold while I was bathing. Although the staff responded promptly when I informed them, unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that it is properly addressed.
