This hotel does not accommodate all guests. Animals on all floors, not enough parking, food quality.
3.0The front desk staff and other staff members were very helpful and polite.
− I did not like that there were dogs in this hotel without being notified and that I was told at the front desk that they only have families with pets stay on the second floor. However, we were on the 4th floor, and next door was a family of 4 rolling in their e-bikes and a large dog. It may not be bothersome to many, however being 800 miles from home and finding out that there will be dogs in the hotel rooms is disgusting. I love animals, but I am a chronic asthmatic and only have 46% lung capacity and also with beginning stages of emphysema and COPD. Animals could have been on the furniture, including the bed in our room and luckily, I didn't need my breathing machine during my stay. The food was disgusting....all of your eggs had bellpeppers in it. No matter what time we came to eat, the trays were empty or like 1 or 2 pieces of bacon or sausage. The pool was a joke. Both the spa and pool were extremely cloudy, wo we know that the water was not treated properly for safety so didn't even use that either. Then, asked if we could have our points with your hotel, they said no, except for the first night because it had been booked with: Booking.com Parking was an issue as well. I need to be close to the door, however when we would leave in the evenings to eat, all of the parking was full. We were told that you have 90 rooms and only 70 parking spots. We would have too park in the back which was quite a walk for a person with only 46% lung capacity and being in a high altitude.

10.0Very friendly and accommodating staff as I needed a late checkout because I had to meet with some people in town. Rooms were clean and very well organized. I only had one pillow that was unclean, which I just didn’t use. It was on the other bed.
