I enjoyed my time at this property and would recommend to friends and family.
10.0Location was perfect for Acrisure Amphitheater. I felt the location was safe and clean. I liked the efficiency of the room - it felt very European and like a lot of thought was put into layout of accommodations.
− Staff could have paid attention more to my name and my brother-in-law's name. While both of us have gender neutral first names, the girl behind the desk should have done a better job establishing who was who.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
8.0Location was perfect for downtown Grand Rapids. All staff were helpful and friendly and the room was a good size.
− The breakfast was fine, not spectacular, but the system for collecting and handing over the breakfast token was confusing.
