Overall, our stay was very disappointing.

While the resort's location and the views of the harbor and city were impressive, they were the only positive elements of our stay. Unfortunately, the quality of service, accommodations, and overall guest experience fell well below expectations.

− My experience at this property was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations. One of the most frustrating aspects was the number of unexpected fees. As a South Florida resident, being charged a resort fee felt unreasonable, especially given the overall quality of the experience. The building has approximately 30 floors but only two elevators, which created significant delays throughout our stay. During peak times, particularly checkout hours, waiting for an elevator became a major inconvenience. Upon arrival, we encountered another issue when the room assigned to us was already occupied. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, we were placed on an extended hold, which was both frustrating and highly unprofessional. Additionally, the sofa advertised as a sofa bed on the booking website was not actually a sofa bed, resulting in inaccurate accommodations compared to what was promised. The room itself was underwhelming. The bed was unusually low, and only two bath towels were provided. We were surprised to learn that additional towels would incur an extra charge. For a property that markets itself as a resort, this level of service was disappointing. As someone who travels frequently and has stayed in numerous hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals, I can honestly say this was one of the poorest lodging experiences I have had. The only positive aspect of the stay was the location. Unfortunately, everything else failed to meet our expectations and did not reflect what was advertised. Future guests should also be aware of the substantial $250 security deposit hold required for a two-night stay, which is considerably higher than what many comparable hotels and resorts charge. Overall, I would not stay at this property again, nor would I recommend it to family, friends, or other travelers. Lo único bue o del lugar fue la atención de los recepcionistas de la noche, un guardia de seguridad de la madrugada y algunos empleados del parking

− Desastrosa la atención. Tuve que reclamar durante 5 días vajilla y pava eléctrica, lo cual había solicitado al hacer la reserva. Recién aparecieron luego de la quinta vez y después que un guardia de seguridad me gritara y me amenazara con llamar a la policía. En la habitación había cosas rotas y el último día se cortó la luz. Un clásico del lugar es que no funcionan los ascensores.... Cobran por el uso de los amenities (gym, pileta, etc), NUNCA VISTO, no te lo informan claramente antes y además es obligatorio pagarlo aunque no lo uses. INSÓLITO!!! Wi-fi inestable. Por supuesto no lo recomiendo.

PESSSIMO, não compensa.

Gostei apenas da localização

− Limpeza mal feita , serviço ruim , funcionários não são atenciosos , acabei fazendo checkout 2 dias antes da data prevista e já paga. Eu e minha namorada não aguentamos ficar.

The view from the balcony was the only thing that was likeable.

− I wasn’t informed on all the fees and what not I had to pay until I got there. I was never notified not one time about the MANDATORY VALET PARKING! I spunt a lot of money when I thought everything was included with the total price.
