10.0La struttura si trova in pieno centro, pulitissima, è dotata di ogni comfort. Molto apprezzata una piccola scatolina con il kit di primo soccorso con disinfettante, cerotti, cotone e anti zecche.
Nice place to stay in the centre of Funchal

Great location beats lack of aircon and insects
6.01.Location is perfect - 1 min to city garden, 5 mins to Plaza Mall, 7 mins to the harbor. A lot of nice cafes and restorants around. My rec for breakfast: patio garden, bistro 13, coffee in “the studio” is the best in the island. Although apartments located in the centre, my room “T” was really quiet. 2. The bed and bathroom was okey, sheets and towels are fresh, shower facilities was also ok. 3. Paulo managed every my step before the check-in and out. Answered all my questions. He kindly let Me check-in before 15.00, at 12:30 so a great thanks.
− 1.Unfortunately while booking I had mismatched there is no an air conditioner in the standard room. Although there was a ventilator, so it made my stay possible, but the room was stuffy enough. I do realize that AC was not advertised, so I just talking in general. 2. Cockroach. I had a huge roach at the balcony, which came somewhere from the drain. It’s not the first feedback about insects in the rooms, but I think it connected with the kitchen of the restaurant place in the same yard. 3. Cleaning was made twice during my stay (5 nights) and was ok, but the balcony was never cleaned and the next guest could find the body of cockroach I killed in the first night.
