2.0While the front desk was nice, the condition of the hotel is horrible. 1. Pool closed by the city, very dirty area. 2. Elevators and hallway carpet dirty not vacuumed. 3. Room was dirty, not vacuumed, tub was peeling, long hairs on the bathroom floor. Toilet was bowl had brown ring stains. A/C would not get room cooler than 76 degrees. Fridge had long hair and food splattered in it. We ended up leaving and not staying there, because it was so unclean ( sticky surfaces) and the room wouldn’t get cool.

Pricy for one night on a non event weekend in Bloomington-Normal. The room was supposed to have a sleeper sofe and did n

− The room I booked and paid for did not have a sleeper sofa as advertised. The vanity was super tiny made for 1 person. The room was setup for handicapped person which I’m not handicapped nor is my spouse.
Not a Great Courtyard
6.0Checked in late at night to find a bed that had not been dressed with sheets. The front desk agent was apologetic and helpful, "upgrading" me to a room with a balcony. It was a fairly empty gesture, considering the weather (30 degrees and snowy). The bed was as uncomfortable as I've experienced in a hotel. The room was tired and not all that great.

− It was old in the rooms and Ned’s updating. The tv didn’t work with the remote and CC was not working as a person with hearing impairment this was bothersome
