9.0Location is central. Rooms are spotless and modern.
− Not the hotels fault but it was 37c, there was no air-conditioning. A fan was provided.
I couldn’t stay because they had booked my room to someone else. Had to find alternative accommodation.
1.0Couldn’t stay at the property as the room I’d booked wasn’t available, given a double bed and I needed two single beds . Was offered two separate rooms instead which I couldn’t have because I needed someone to stay with me after an operation overnight. No proper parking facilities you had to get your car parked elsewhere by 5.30 in the morning and no food on a Sunday night… or breakfast because chef didn’t start till 11am . Didn’t provide the room I’d booked,,, still waiting for refund. Stayed in a travel lodge instead which was great.

− The room was lovely and the staff was lovely it’s unfortunate that the room just didn’t match the price paid the towels are old and rough there was actually no hot water it’s just that we were checking out so didn’t see the point in complaining I have stayed in much cheaper places and have been offered more for the price
