Beautiful views, friends staff, cute accommodations.

− Bed wasnt comfortable.

The restaurant staff were attentive.

− The blinds in our room had a hole in it so anyone passing by could look through it. We took a photo of it. The front door lock was temperamental. Took us a few minutes to unlock and/or lock it. There were small flies in the room. Very annoying. The day before our stay, we emailed them informing of our plan to arrive a couple of hours earlier and asking if we could leave our bags at the reception to explore the surroundings. We received a reply saying that they could have our room ready when we arrive. When we arrived the next day, the room wasn't ready and the reception staff seemed very unaware. I'd rather the staff be honest in the email and say that the check-in time is strictly 4pm. I don't think the place (the main house) is cleaned regularly ie. The foosball table handles were sticky! The gift shop was closed during business hours. Again, quite disappointing.

The food was great for an all you can eat buffet. The staff was very welcoming. There is always something to do. The pool was clean and had comfortable lounge chairs. Beautiful views and trails to walk.

− No music playing in the restaurant. Wish breakfast went a little later than 10 Am, but overall the entire experience was great! I really do not have much to complain about!

The location is very nice, and the scenery is awesome.

− The facility is too old and has some problems: we are locked outside of the cabin for two hours because the lock is broken. There is nobody at the counter, and it took us two hours to get in touch with the staff and finally get in the room, and it's already 12:30 am, which is very frustrating.

Ontspannen verblijf in prachtige vallei

We zaten bovenop de berg in een ruime kamer met koffie faciliteiten en heerlijke schommelstoelen met prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie omgeving en heerlijk restaurant met gezellige muziek. Lekker ontspannen in een relaxte omgeving

− Kamers liggen op de berg, dus je gaat naar de faciliteiten met de auto. Erg Amerikaans

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Nicht weit vom Shenandoah National Park

Die schöne und ruhige Lage. Das Hotel hat zudem mehrere Aktivitäten angeboten. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr sehr lecker. Gemütliche Betten und sehr sauber. Der Pool war auch super und die Kinder hatten dort sehr viel Spaß.

− Im Restaurant hat man uns die Rechnung gebracht, obwohl wir noch am Essen waren. Das gehört sich nicht.
