− The staff was nice, but I never received my wake-up call for an early morning flight. PS: I saw the clerk input the info and my request into the computer, but the call never came in the morning.

− The room was noisy with the traffic. The breakfast plates and cutlery were foam and plastic, in this day and age? There was bare minimal hot selections.

− The hospitality is very poor and rude. I paid a $100 deposit and booked a room for 2 days, spending a lot for the facilities, but nothing lives up to what I paid. I don't plan to stay again.

8.0部屋がとてもきちんとしていて、バスルームの設備も非常に新しそうでキレイだった。エアコンの効きもよかった。部屋に装備されているはずの椅子（オフィスチェア）が、故障していたとかで部屋になかったが、フロントでお願いしたらすぐに替わりを持ってきてくれた。エアポートの送迎サービスがきちんとしていて、非常に助かった。一番良かった点は、フロントのスタッフ（ひとりきり）が常に非常に忙しいにも関わらず非常に丁寧でフレンドリーで、すばらしかった。
− 扉が古いせいだろうけど、カードロックがなかなか解除できない（5回目くらいでやっと成功する感じ）。コインランドリーが一応あるが別棟だし、洗濯機も乾燥機も2台しかない。タイミングも悪かったのだろうが何度行っても使用中で、結局使えなかった。
