8.0Parking was really good. Breakfast is ok. Joey at the front desk is wonderful. Cleaning staff did a great job.

10.0We enjoyed everything about it, from the service. The gentleman for the evening shift was really nice, made checking in great. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean, and I would love to stay there again if we're in the area.
Overpriced & Poor Maintenance
2.0Above the tub the ceiling looked like it was going to fall down (see picture). The tub felt like the ground was soft underneath and the tub felt wobbly. This was a highly rated hotel so this was a shock. I was working nights and sleeping days and it was extremely noisy in this hotel. Total disappointment and extremely expensive since there was a concert in town - room rates shot up taking advantage of the public.

4.0We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Anderson before my son goes to Anderson University. Sadly this hotel was rundown. It was also not clean. We were very disappointed because we paid a lot for one night. I will never stay here again.

8.0Refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. Moved to a second room and the same was beginning to happen in front of that refrigerator also. We kept the second room. Breakfast was delicious! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.
